How to get to Zimbabwe?
Several airlines offer direct service to Harare, from there you can travel by Zimbabwe Air or bus to Bulawayo or Victoria Falls. Alternatively, several airlines offer service from Johannesburg, South Africa to Bulawayo and Victoria Falls. Contact us for recommendations.
Will I need any shots or medication?
Talk to your doctor, but likely you will need a prescription for malaria pills. Your doctor may also prescribe a shot for Hep A. As with many countries, drink only bottled water and come prepared with anti-diarea medication as your body may not be accustomed to the different types of food when traveling.
How will I pay for things in Zimbabwe?
Zimbabwe currently uses the U.S. Dollar and Zimbabwe Notes for currency. In addition, credit and debit cards are widely accepted.
